Please note!
1. In order to participate in the concert on Saturday, August 8, your presence is required from Monday evening, August 3. If you are unable to attend all rehearsals throughout the week, you will not be able to participate in the concert. In this case, you are welcome to take your seat with the audience.
2. If you are only coming for the weekend and play an instrument, you are welcome to play with the orchestra during Sabbath services, except for the concert. Please go to the Info page and click on Hymnal Collection to see the list of hymns.
3. The accommodation we provide at the event location (Roanoke Church Facility) is limited to a maximum of 50 people. Therefore, it is a simple rule: first-come, first-served. If you register late, you will need to arrange your own accommodations. Please contact us if you need transportation.
4. If multiple people from the same family are planning to attend the event, each person must be registered individually (e.g., siblings, spouses, etc.).
5. In order to participate, you need to be 12+ and anyone under 18 needs to have a chaperone during the event.
